Emergencies
In cases where you are in immediate danger or at immediate risk of harm and worried about your safety, please phone your GP, the NHS crisis team in your area, go to A & E at your local general hospital or phone 999 for emergency services or 111 for emergency NHS Mental Health support.
I do not provide a crisis service. However, for ongoing clients I can increase appointment frequency if required.
You can text "SHOUT" to 85258. They offer immediate, confidential 24 hour crisis help.
